The suggestion forum says to post suggestions in the board for that area so I hope this is the right place. I wish we could use a Save As function when saving an outfit. When I make 1 or 2 changes to an outfit because I got new/different items, I have to save it again as a separate outfit then remember to go back and delete the 1st one. A Save As option would be nice. Thanks.

this should be in the suggestions > avatars subforum, maybe or can move it?
and while i would like this suggestion very much (i really liked being able to save a bunch of avatars to compare blouses, etc), i don't think we're going to get it -- moving the save button back to the item page was brought up right after keith moved it to the outfit page (on the site discord), and his reply was

It has a 3% click rate and most users do not save outfits even when the button was [on the item page], and also it encouraged just saving outfits every time you made a small change which also isn&;t something we want going forward

So it&;ll be on the outfits page going forward
[edit] i just realized i misunderstood the suggestion! i thought you wanted a quick-save button without going back to the outfit page, not the ability to save over an outfit ;;>> that's a different situation, though i'm still a lil unsure how that would be done? if it ends up being something like, you have to navigate to the old outfit and hit a button on that page, i'm not sure it's any better than saving a new outfit and deleting the old one right then and there
I will move this to suggestions so please don't make another post there (since it's not a suggestion for wearables but for wardrobe functionality) - though as stated, there may be a reason this was removed! Hopefully you'll get a more clear response or discussion in another forum. Thanks! 💜
So, if it's not already in place (I'm unsure to be honest with the wording in the quote), it sounds like you could re-format the suggestion/ask (to be a bit more clear) if you'll be able to save over an outfit in the future, which would reduce the need to delete & re-save one if you're just doing small changes to it.
