CS Cart Not Updating Prices

I asked about this a bit ago on the questions board and was recommended that I post the issue here as well.
Essentially, my Cash Shop cart doesn't update item prices to include their Black Friday discounts when I refresh the page. This is specifically happening to to some items I added to my cart before BF started, and now they're stuck at their original prices. I've tried clearing cache and changing browsers but to no avail. Also, these are all items that should be discounted like regular minions, clothes...etc. I'm probably going to end up removing and re-adding them to fix the prices, but I just wanted to put this here in case it's something that shouldn't be happening.
(I wasn't sure if this would be considered a site functionality issue or an BF event issue, so hopefully this is the right spot.)

Yes, you will need to remove and re-add the items for now. The cart is pretty rudimentary - it's meant as a convenience for a single shopping session, not really meant as a persistent thing, so it's just a list of items and their prices at the time they were added to the cart. It was supposed to expire after a short amount of time (like 1 day or so) so that this wouldn't be an issue; we could also try to clear cart data any time we change prices or change items in stock. I'll have to think about how best to handle this.

Ah, I see. I appreciate you taking the time to explain it all out to me. I've had some items in there since last BF, so that makes sense why those are still discounted while the others aren't.
