The issue is the wardrobe loading the top banner for a second, then disappearing and loading a blank, white page. This issue has persisted for 4 days now, after trying to change hairstyles. Interestingly, the wardrobe loads properly, displaying the top banner, when not logged in. Clearing the cache and site data did not work.

Any insight would be appreciated!

The page just blinks the header then, POOF, blank. I just started having that problem. I don't use the salon. Just wanted to change clothes! :)

I'm experiencing the same issue now (wardrobe header flashes briefly then whole page goes blank) on my phone (Chrome for Android v.86.0.4240.198) and I haven't used the hair salon in ages. I'm not at home so I can't check to see if it works for me on desktop but it was working for me on phone and desktop just yesterday when I put on these newly-released items.

Edit: I'm home, it doesn't work on my PC either (Win10, Opera 72.0.3815.200...oh, there's an updated version...also doesn't work on 72.0.3815.400)

I hate to say this, but I've ran into the issue again. Like the person above, I didn't use the hair salon, and nothing strange happened prior; the wardrobe just stopped loading randomly. I'm concerned this will happen again even with another wardrobe reset. If I can give you any other information that might help to understand what the core issue is, I would be happy to help! I'm getting the same thing. Blank page for the wardrobe. I'll try again later. I'm not going to worry about it; these things usually fix themselves, or you tech people are quick to fix things. sigh I love tech people! :)

EDIT: It's fixed! See? I told you. Just be patient and it will work out.

Same for me, it started today as far as I know. I did put on a salon hair when I changed it last.

It just turned blank for me. Was able to get on it earlier today.

I'm having the same issue. It just happened to me on the 28th, I'm using Chrome. Blank page, then I briefly see the wardrobe banner, and then nothing. I had changed my outfit on the 27th, without seeing any loading issues. So this is new and sudden.

The only problem I can remember back on the 27th was that when I went to items and tried to view the sections part, the bar would not be there to see the various layers. I can't remember the exact name of the button, but I normally go into "items", and then click the various layers of things I own, or don't own (what layer it is etc). When I was working on my outfit Friday, I had to click "hide" (I can't remember if it was hide or show by default), and had to toggle it twice before I could start seeing any other pull down options for sorting. I may be wrong on the button's wording, and I can't check since the wardrobe is not working for me. I wasn't really paying much attention, but I definitely had to toggle it twice in a row for any other item pull-downs to show.

When I go to https://new.subeta.net In Google Chrome, I can navigate to pets, cosmetics, and subscription pages. I can also toggle from day to night mode, but wardrobe is still a blank white page regardless.
