Odd how the hair clearly needs to cover the shoulders, but then layering the arms makes them look like you said, disembodied. Can't put the right arm under the hair or you can't see it. But you can still see the little heart emote. Still it is a cool idea that we have to work with here. The bow is just stunning. And the moon kitty is A+++

actually, the shoulders don't need to be covered at all!
i don't really know how to explain it, but i think this is more of a problem with not wanting the wig to have empty space behind the arms if you can't/choose not to use the bow? i wonder if it would've helped to have one more item that was like, celestial witch hair extensions :p
The wig was supposed to layer behind the shoulders because I assumed you could move the limbs around separate from the base. I didn’t realize you could only toggle them on and off. WOOPS.

I meant with the set wig XD But it does look good with alt. hair too! I think you're right. If there were maybe two hair pieces, the the fringe/bangs and then the back of the hair?

Not a fan of the legs in the Celestial set. As others have pointed out, they're way too skinny and awkward looking.
