I probably wouldn't buy anything else TBH, your pretty good. If you had an extra 120mil burning a hole in your pocket you could grab soma tablets, and reviver of the lion, maybe sell the knocker to fund it

I wouldn't buy anything else until you hit T10, your pretty good as is. If anything there are some things you could probably sell and get cheaper weapons.

replace the KT Ring with Soma Tablets when you get them. You can’t equip two stealers, and usually blasting is preferable to stealing.

If your keeping them as wearables then your pretty much good to go.

[item2=Turkey Quill] you probably wont need it at t7 but it might be useful in later tiers as steal bait generator with decent healing. it served me well a few years back. my knowledge isn't up-to-date so i don't know if there is a cheaper steal bait with big heal. since it is MC Fall item, now is cheaper than later.
