There's no issue with the Bramble Bound Book, and the price is normal when compared to other patch items this year. It's expected that the price drops each day during Morostide since more and more get added to circulation - especially this year when there is only one wave of Pumpkin Patch items, so more are entering circulation than in previous years. I know you'll hate to hear this but getting it 3 out of 4 times is just down to luck (sorry!)
