can't hang
This book doesn't appear to be readable, is this the intended behavior? I don't think being an album would make it unreadable especially when other items like the Skelly Family Album are readable.

Spirit Photography Photo Album isn't readable because it is wearable and goes with the other Spirit Photography items like Spirit Photography Cracked Lens.

It used to be an option but the item staff feels that to mark it as a wearable and a book would make the price skyrocket. Locking as this is not a bug.
