Cannot rename pet when new week starts.

As it just turned to Monday (subeta time), I went to rename one of my pets, but couldn't. The message I got is
I thought weekly free rename for non-GA users restarts every Monday? I'm sure that I didn't rename any pets after it turned to Monday. Did I do something else wrong, or maybe the code is glitchy again? Thanks in advance!

I was trying to change this pet's name. But I checked 10 of my other pets, and I can't change any of their names either. So maybe somehow the new week of weekly rename didn't reset for me?
Ah okay, sorry for the confusion - the reset is on the rollover between Saturday and Sunday, so the pet you renamed on Sunday counts for this week.

@ Bug Thanks for looking into this. Was this changed recently? Because I remember it was Sunday to Monday before (I think I have changed names on Sunday and the following Monday without a GA before). Both the news page and 's guide says the rollover happens from Sunday to Monday.

It's OK if the rollover date was changed, and I might have missed the announcement if there was one. Just one more week of waiting I guess xD (PS, for whoever's wondering, I'm not too cheap to buy a GA xD. It's for a name that I already changed once with a GA earlier this month.)

I'm going to look into redoing this code completely, because the way it's calculating the start of the week right now is just... way too unreliable. It will be a bit time-consuming though, so I'll have to find the time to squeeze this in. Sorry about the inconvenience! I'll update here when I can get to it.
