I can not remember if it was ever stated but does anyone know which years items are included in the Morostide items given out at the Carnival?

According to the news post when it started, it's trick or treat items from 2018 or before.

Yes, it started earlier this year and hasn't stopped yet. I'm not sure if they have plans to stop it or anything, but they haven't announced any other info since that news post.
