(Still) Buying: Alabaster Belted Regalia

I have been wanting the Alabaster Belted Regalia since pretty much forever, so I was wondering if anyone is selling it! I saw it once for 1200 csc (I think? 1000+ either way) but didn't have the csc to buy it then and I still hate myself for it :D
I'm very new to CWs still, so I'd be helped too with any other information, like whether it's a private item (so I'll know I won't be able to get it?) or who sold it originally (not sure what I'd do with that information but now I am absolutely clueless)

EDIT: perhaps a better question, can someone tell me if there's a way to find out who/which CW shop sold an item originally?
Hi! I'm also a CW n00b but while looking for an answer, I found this post from on a thread called Custom Wear Identity Thread:

<p>Subeta names all CW files the same way. The number in front of the underscore (usually 6 digits) is the User ID of the person who released the CW. The number after the underscore is the Item ID.</p>
<p>If you open any user&;s profile and replace their name with the the number in front of the underscore in the CI file name (in this case, "673724"), it will load the profile of the user who released the item. In this case, that&;ll be me, Valiska. This works for any item.
I tried it out and it looks like released the !
