Can't see my HA, and default hairstyles

On edit mode everything but my skin appears. Anyway I can't pick any basic hairstyle (only bought ones), and in fact nothing appears as HA on my customized side bar or even profile. :( Tried resetting avatar and changing browsers, and everythung occur both on PC (Windows 10) and mobile. Thank you ♡♡♡
