Hello!

I was looking for an item for ages in the wardrobe and couldn't find it. Checked all the potential layers, both owned and all items. It was really nowhere to be found.

Eventually I was able to remember a part of the name, and lo and behold.. the item didn't have any assigned layer :o I believe this means you wouln't be able to find it unless you searched for the keyword specifically.

It is this item:

I don't know if there are any other items with missing layers, but pointing it out just in case!

i don't know when this problem started (it's not new but it doesn't break anything so i didn't pay attention), but it seems like no item consistently shows what layer it's in?

like if i click on any item to add it to my outfit, right at this particular moment, it does not show the layer.

but if you save the outfit, or hit wear, and then refresh the page or load the saved outfit, it shows the layer.

ex, i own Earl Grey Wolf Friend (foreground) i click on it, no layer shows on the list i hit wear to update the outfit and refresh, shows layer remove wolf from outfit, search for it + add it again, back to no layer

oh hey, you're right! I saved the outfit, refreshed, and it did show the layer again.

That's a weird glitch, but if there's a workaround, then I guess it's not too too bad either haha

glad i could help a bit x) i've noticed items not showing their layer off and on for a while, but i didn't realize what was going on until i saw your topic and went to go find the items i "knew" didn't show their layers -- and then saw that every item i clicked on had no layer listed LOL

hopefully this means it's just a visual thing and won't be too hard to fix!!

Not certain if this is considered a bug, but I confirmed it still functions this way:

A layer is not listed on items that was just added to your HA - you must save + refresh for it to show.
