Hey y’all!

I’ve got two up for adoption today. I am hoping I can find good homes for them, as I have had them each for a long time! I have found I ended up preferring legacy names, which is why I am thinking about letting these sweeties go. I also have no ideas for them at the moment, so... Hoping to pass them along to someone who will make better use of them.

They are both near and dear to my heart, but I kind of regret deleting their legacy names when that became a thing. I feel pretty silly about it. But! I know there are plenty of people out there interested in low IDs without legacy names, so I thought I would offer them up here. P:

I would love to hear ideas you have for them, or how they fit into your pet/character conventions. I have a feeling that if nothing grabs me I’ll end up happily hanging on to these two until inspiration strikes.

; I'd love to adopt Maiko! I love the name and wouldn't change it (it's actually rly hard for me to come up with names so when I see one I like I just keep it heh)~ I have an unnamed OC that is the third person in a trio consisting of my pet Abie (she's a knight princess), Melissai (elven archer n drunk), and now Maiko who would be a sleepy/ditzy tinkerer/engineer.

Ooh, I'm interested in Valorie!

I'm thinking Sweetheart Celinox,

and putting her in my {Supers Storyline} (see my profile) on the VILLAINS side. Although the storyline isn't fully developed, Villains aren't entirely "bad guys" in the classic comic supervillain style.

Valorie would be a Power Negation Class- The user can cancel out the powers of others or weaken their effects, making them unable to utilize their powers as long as they are under the user's focus/area. This protects her from harmful attacks, and even possible undo the simulating-passive alternation powers of an opponent, in turn making them powerless.

Limitations This power only affects abilities beyond "normal" ones; ineffective against those who do not utilize supernatural powers in combat. Some powers may not be negated.

Valorie, aka Agent Oblivion, is a bit of a secret weapon due to her ability to nullify superpowers and bring things to a more even keel. Calm and practical, she's good at bringing fights to --more or less-- a standstill. Particularly good at combating out-of-control Supers so they can be detained and gotten under control, she has been brought into the team to help bring down Apex Man, who has become a danger to everyone, even his own teammates.

Thanks for your interest! I don’t want to leave you hanging so I wanted to let you know I haven’t fully had a chance to read through what everyone has here. I’ll set a deadline for myself of Wednesday to read and think and decide and let you know. :)

I'd love if you adopted Maiko, I love the idea of a ditzy engineer. I also absolutely love your art, I've been meaning to commission you forever! that sketch of the character is so cute. Friend me whenever you have a second and I will sen them over!

I think your idea is really awesome! To be totally honest, I've been kind of flip-flopping about Val over the last couple days. I think I'm going to hang on to her for now. I'm sorry! If in a week or two I haven't morphed her into a different character I will sMail you and send her your way if you still want her.
