I can't sort my items into categories, I got the edit right, letters, words, punctuation, etc., yet it tells me something is wrong, what?! Been trying for the last 20 min, fed up already!

What exactly is the problem? Are you having trouble making a new category, or editing an existing one, or the category not showing up in the drop down list? If you are getting an error message what is the exact message? What page are you on when you get this message (if there is one). Maybe a screenshot might help us better understand the problem?
