I'm trying to have my pet Grave Situation battle in a quest. He is fed, he's happy, he has hit points. He is not stuck in another battle. But he also doesn't show up in the Select Pet box; "Oh no! None of your pets are eligible for battle. You might want to make sure that they're well fed and happy!"
I even went and battled with him in regular battle and had no problems selecting him for that.

I'm having the same problem only I can't even do a regular battle. I know my pet's health and happiness are maxed out. I don't know what to do. I hope it gets fixed.
*REVISED 4/17 of my pets were Fed/Happy and Ready for Battle. All 4 show up as expected on the main challenge page and battle quests.
BUT
All my pets that wern't already happy/fed and ready for battle I seem to be getting the same issue. I fed, made happy and healed Sanasa. They show up just fine on regular challenger pages but for battle quests they are missing just like the OP.
My current battle quest is a main opponent (Manticat). It will let me battle with Sanasa if I go to the main page and choose the battle with default option, but using "Choose Weapons" or accessing directly from battle quests they don't show up as a pet ready for battle.
Some changes were made to fix a Cache issue this morning - could it be related?
My pet Druj is able to battle normally, while my pet Skalle is not.
Both are in the resort, with full hunger and happiness. Druj was at full health, while Skalle was at 283/289, but healing Skalle has not fixed the problem (even after waiting out the normal time "Select Pet" takes to update).
I second 's finding that the affected pet cannot battle either BQ or non-BQ opponents through the "Choose Weapons" page, but can through "Battle with Defaults" (after switching my default set to something tier-appropriate).
I last battled with both pets on Wednesday (7 Oct 2020).
This should now be fixed, could you please check?

Seems to be fixed. Also fed a new pet and did a battle quest with that one too, worked fine :).
