So I renewed my subscription the other day. But I'm fairly sure I haven't used my cash shop voucher already but I don't have one available. HOWEVER I do have at least 3 disorders that mean memory loss. But I don't have a way to check if I spent it or if it didn't get given?

Thought I'd ask here cos didn't want to make a ticket if there was an easy way to check as my memory is a sieve.

Dracona, if you go into someone's CW shop it will have a green banner that tells you how many vouchers you have.

I know. It was the fact I didn't have any that has me asking cos I didn't think I'd spent it already, but there's no cash shop history of purchases.

This sounds like a problem or a bug to me. File a Ticket in Help and see if there is a record of these vouchers that doesn't show in the CS records.
