I've tried twice to send a gift to someone, but both times item reappeared back in my inventory.
I just got a blank page and a pop saying page in under construction
Festivities will be held in July, be on the look out

Which part of the gift center did you try and use? I used the gift wrapping and presents section and they both sent.
