Quests didn’t reset at reset time. (BQs, regular quests, nor did Iku tree or hustler or vends)

Oddly, Shinwa didn't reset right away but did about half an hour later. The other quests and item hunt have still not reset.

Me and my friend are also having this issue, I thought resets were automated so this is really weird.

Only the bathhouse reset for me today. :/

None of my quests reset today and neither did Shinwa and the Hustler and Ikumoradeekanox. The only thing that did reset was the Bathhouse
