Oh, there are plenty of heart items!

One of my pets used to be an OUAT fan pet based on Regina's horse. I never did with it all I wanted, but I did have a nice collection of hearts in the TC.

I'd also recommend anything witch-y or experiment-y, old books, and mirrors. For example:

And apples! Don't forget the apples! (This looks like the one she tried to serve Emma that Henry ate.)

You could also include some clothing items if you wished - whether in the fairytale world or the real one, Regina was always a snazzy dresser.

Plus, if you liked the last season, you could include bar items.

she was my favorite character on that show for sure, these are some that came to mind!
