Recently I've encountered multiple instances where expensive items were priced extremely low to bait users of the autopricer. It isn't a problem with smaller shops to manually review each price change, but for large shops with over a thousand items, it's a painstaking effort to do daily.

I suggest adding a visual cue to alert users of significant price differences between the old and new price. Specifically, I propose changing the background colour so it would be easy to scroll through the price changes and note potential problems:

As for the threshold.... /shrug It may be a good idea to have it customizable or have a different colour displayed for different thresholds.

As much as I'd love to see this implemented (because my funny eyesight says "absolutely not" to long strings of zeroes without breaks to denote thousands, millions, etc), I can see this being much like the mass pet add into the resort and it being like, "It's not meant to be an easy task."

I support this.

So many ways I used to use to mitigate potential autopricer traps are no longer possible. Back in the days of old shops I used to switch between gallery and shop so I could pause selling and take my time to go over the results. Even when that was no longer possible, I used to sort by price immediately after autopricing and check for anything that jumped out at me. Even that's no longer possible.

I'm wondering if that table can be modified with CSS? do you know if its possible to add color to the autopricer table based on the changed value number?

I feel like that would be one of those things that would be considered too helpful. I definitely support it, I just can't see Staff going for it.

I would love this, last week I sold an item for 1.5mill when it was meant to be priced at 5.5mill because i autopriced with trust and someone had massively undercut the item just before I autopriced I guess (after mine sold their was the only one in shops for that low lmfao) Totally not the end of the world, but it would've been super helpful if there was something like the yellow background proposed.

Yes, please! I just want an easier way to check over prices before they go live.

I support this.. maybe there could be a page just after the site has estimated prices with things that have had a drastic change in price (maybe the threshold can be a %? Like a 20% drop?) and then you confirm that you're OK with those price drops or you mark which ones you don't want to be priced.

Personally I only autoprice my shop which has items worth <500k, but the example in OP's screenshot is pretty terrible.. wtf

A 20% drop on a 5K item isn't worth giving a warning for, tbh.

Heh, the fear of autopricer screwing me over is the whole reason I have a separate shop for more expensive items, which doesn’t get autopriced.

I wholeheartedly agree with this - there needs to be some sort of safeguard. Especially when staff basically tells you that there's nothing you can do, and you need to be more diligent when autopricing.

I'm also overall very disappointed in how losses from autoprice issues like this are currently handled by staff. I was essentially told, "Sucks to suck."

I'd be okay with this for CSC.

Anything else, how can one tell the difference between someone undercutting to sell quickly or undercutting to scam?

What difference does it make? Whether someone is scamming, undercutting or simply making a typo, I still want to be able to see a huge price drop at a glance. Then I can choose to follow suit, keep my price higher and/or buy the underpriced item. The other shop owner's motivation is completely unimportant.
