Items Added to Wishlist Not Displaying in Wishlist

I can add items to my wishlist, in that I see that there is a blue square around items I click the WL plus on (and if I get that item, I can click "remove from wishlist" as one of the options), but if I actually go into my wishlist, it isn't there, so I can't go through all these items to see what all I've got wishlisted.
Did you change your default category (It will be marked with a black star and the word Default)? If you did, could you check that category for the items?

- no, I didn't realize that my default category had been changed and that wishlist search wasn't working. Thank you. Is there a solution yet to items being double-added to the WL?
For the wishlist search there is an open thread here Search Wishlists I know the double added issue is still on going but you can keep track of any changes with this thread Wishlist adding duplicates
Since this issue was not a bug I am going to lock this up!
