I recently rejoined the site after a LONG absence, and I wanted to know if you all had anything you know NOW that you wish you knew when you first started playing Subeta.
💕 💕 Watch me stream Subeta! Check out this music video we made!
Keep everything. When I was fairly new almost 10 years ago I, for some reason, preferred to liquidate and sell off my special rewards and prizes (usually from plots!) and I... don't know why I did that. Not only did I come to have a use for those things as time went on, I wanted the nostalgia and fruits of labor back, but those items also get more and more expensive as time goes on and their rarity increases. Still to this day I have not gotten back everything I sold away. If you don't have a use for a unique item in that moment, it costs nothing to throw it in the vault and forget about it, but it may cost a kidney to get it back later if/when you change your mind.
Not everyone will relate as they may truly never want/have a use for something, but I wish I knew better back then!
Hold onto all of these Halloeves, you dweeb.
Same. I should have held onto items that I wouldn't get the chance to get again without spending a load of SP or having someone gift them to me.
And also to take more screenshots of things I find amusing or nice, and of plots and events cause I've forgotten most of them and I only know I took part in them and don't remember exactly what I did, and it's really painful, like my mind decided to just erase those memories.
I wish I knew you didn't need a strong pet to do Battle Quests. I didn't start until my pet was like Tier 3 because it seemed like my pet wasn't strong enough. It pays to explore something instead of just assuming that it must be hard because of the name alone.
When I first started playing I wish I knew that Quests were the easiest way to get sP, and once you got Saggitarius it would become so much easier. I also wish I'd learnt that getting the mage amulets from Quentin and selling them would also help a lot! For some reason I truly struggled in the beginning, now it's safe to say I have at least 100mil in the bank at all times.
Okay might not be a lot compared to some people, but it keeps me happy! :)
