Some of the items on your list aren't from the token shop - Bloodied Sawed Off Double Barrel Shotgun with Machete and Shinigami are BHH items.

Yeah, the reason the format is so weird is because I had the list in a sheet, and of course even when hiding rows, the item still copies... That said, I'm looking for those items too so I'll just add a note with them. Thanks for letting me know!
