In the Battledome under the statistics page it shows a drop down menu of the challengers I've battled. One challenger in particular, Crumb-eating Birds, it shows my pet Hunter jr. has had three battles. One win and two losses. I don't believe this is correct for three reasons.

1. I've never unlocked Crumb-eating Birds with the crumbly bread from the cash shop.
2. My pet Hunter jr. is a tier 13 with over 8500 speed and Crumb-eating Birds is a very easy opponent.
3. Crumb-eating Birds is not one of my choices under the Cash Shop tab in the battledome.

Unless there was an event or plot where we were able to battle Crumb-eating Birds without unlocking them (and I don't remember) there should be no statistics. Not a super important discrepancy, just noticed it and wondered how it would get that way.

Have you re-named your pet? Maybe someone else now has the same name as your pet and battle hasn't adapted to this yet. Your problem started not too long after non-unique names came about and a weak pet that was just created might fight these guys.

I haven't renamed any pets. How would you see if another pet with the same name exists?

I noticed a similar issue where I had stats for opponents I didn't have but I realized these were all that do appear in BQs. (I do remember seeing those birds in BQs) Just a guess, it seems to be a glitch that it may accidently count the win/lose from a BQ battle.

I suppose it could be a BQ glitch although if the Birds are still an easy opponent my pet Hunter jr. could win a battle using a piece of grape taffy. He would have never lost a battle with this easy of a challenger.
