I would LOVE to adopt Halloeve just to be a fan pet of the minion here on the site!!!

I just love that minion to pieces!!

I have been a user on this site for many many years, 14 to be exact, and I plan to be here many more. I am an artist and avid RPer as well, so I guarentee he will get lots of art, a pet page, and hopefully a spotlight win.!!

I'd like to try out for Halloeve as well.

The defining characteristic of all my pets is that they have October birthdays. I designed it this way because my birthday is in October, and so that I don't go crazy trying to adopt all the pets. I've also tried to create thematic years. I want 2012 to be the Year of the Cats, since the representation of Heidy, my RL cat, is born in that year.

In my fantasy world, there is a big Library which houses all the known history and stories within it. The Library is run by The Librarian, but it is occupied by an uncountable number of cats. Some of these cats are more like people, like Avis and Rien's family, which guards the Natural Museum of History, the tree that stands in the middle of the Library. Some of them are more like the animals we're familiar with in our world. A few of the more sentient ones have left the Library to seek their fortunes in the world instead.

I'd like Halloeve to be one of the people-like cats; in fact, she (would change gender) would be Avis' and Rien's younger sister, and I would call her Eve for short (but likely keep her legacy name as-is). Avis' birthday is Oct 29, and Rien's is Oct 30, so Eve's would be right in line, even if it is a year later.

As I said, Avis', Rien's, and Eve's family are caretakers of the Natural Museum of History, which is a living and somewhat magical tree that is connected to the Library in mysterious ways. Rien unfortunately gets caught in a science-y experiment that brings Turn from another universe into theirs. As a result, she is stuck in-between worlds, and her family thinks she is dead. She occasionally manifests as a ghost.

Eve was young when Rien disappeared, but she was one of the few who could actually see her, and initially she tried to tell her family that Rien wasn't dead; she was right there. Unfortunately, no one listened. No one realized that Eve actually has some special abilities of foresight and seeing beyond the physical. When she was younger, Eve tried to warn people about good and bad things she saw coming, but no one paid attention to her, except to tease her about being a sign of bad luck. Eventually she becomes one of the cats to leave the Library, attempting to find somewhere or someone that will appreciate her gifts.

I have a couple of ideas in mind for Eve's looks. I'd like her to be a black cat to go with the "sign of bad luck" and her premonitions, and also being somewhat the black sheep of the family. But I also kind of want her to look a little innocent to go with her youth and naivete. A bloodred feli would look cool, but I'm also considering a darkmatter feli or a chibi torrey.

I do overlays, so I can probably tweak whichever one I choose to make it look more or less menacing.

On the whole, I train and read to all my pets, and Halloeve would be no exception. You can see the goals I've achieved on my profile page. That's mainly what I've been doing on here for the last month due to RL stuff taking up my creative energies. When things get back into balance, though, I plan on doing more overlays, drawings, and stories.

Okay, so, I'm an artist, and here is what my overlays look like,

I want the Halloeve to be known as the phantom of the pumpkin patch, since he is not readily available during Morostide!!

As the phantom of the patch, he, comes from the ghost of Jaxon's great great great grandfather's pet, whose name is unknown due to Jaxon's knowledge of the patch... He creeps out and watches over the patch during each morostide in order to watch over Jaxon, and his dealings, especially with how he runs the patch, and watching over the users who creep upon its grounds in search of the enchanted items he leaves for the users who trespass within its grounds...

Each year, he spends his time enchanting and brewing up enchantments and potions to use on the different items and minions that roam the grounds in search of a new home to haunt and or reside in.

The minions come to him, hoping for a place to reside, a new owner that will care for them!! So he brews up potions to change them from their every day appearance to things like the spirits and phantoms that he is!!!

And once a year, even Jaxon, himself even takes one in!!! Such as the ghostly

His treasure would include brewing potions, SO MANY of them!! as well as some wands and other such enchanting supplies. He has the very same goal as that of the items and minions of the patch! He wants to be sure that each and every one goes to a wonderful new home, one where they will be appreciated and loved...

That's what I'm thinking, I will write up a story for him and how he came to being the phantom guardian of the patch, and on a separate page within the pet page (you know, where you can write a story on a page within a book, then make it seem like the book is turning pages within the pet page) And that new page will be the story of his learning to brew and make enchantments and spells for items, as well as why he does it ^^
