Does this do anything? I do the quests pretty much every day and I think it used to mean something.

Huh I'm almost to rank 500. I guess that makes sense. I remember when I first joined the Blue Building was a big deal but maybe that was because of the quest structure.

I think it was supposed to mean more when it was on the different questing system but it got put aside and then eventually it changed to the new system so I think it is only to see the things in the shop now xD

it used to be the case that the higher your rank, the more expensive the quest would be to complete. kind of a silly idea because once your rank was high enough to see everything in the shop, you could just quit the occasional quest to intentionally reduce your rank while still completing enough to earn more blue building points.

There may still be a High Score Table for this game, so there was and may still be one reason to keep on gaining rank. Blue Building Points used to have enough value that you could throw away a number of quests and still make a profit, but gaining rank (inevitable unless you systamatically threw away a lot of quests that were worth doing) that way was more of a slow slog and wouldn't get you on the HST.
