Ticket Access Denied?

needs to get lost

I got an alert that my ticket had been responded to, but when I clicked the link I got an Access Denied page. (screenshot below) When I checked my ticket through the normal ticket portal, there was no response to it waiting. Bug?

I checked for you and you do not have any open tickets. Did you click on a link for a ticket that has already been closed?

The ticket was open when I got that alert and had not yet been responded to, but it has since been resolved. The ticket number is 119487 (re: Bug Catching Progress)

Strange - the sidebar event had an incorrect link, but I'm not sure how that happened to you D:

I'm glad the issue was resolved and you were still able to access the ticket through the Tickets page! I'll close this up since it was resolved, but if it happens again please feel free to create a new forum report and please keep the sidebar alert around (don't delete it) :)
