Back after entended hiatus, how do i fix my skin? Only clothing stuff showing up

when i click base i get an error, same for hair tab too

Yeah, it looks like you might be having a layering issue. On the left side of the wardrobe page, try dragging the "Base" layer up so that it's above your background item but below whatever clothing items you're wearing. You'll also need to drag any layers for facial features that you're using (eyes, nose, mouth, etc.) so that they are above the base layer if you want them to show up.

If you're not seeing any facial feature layers on the left side, try going to the Base tab and make sure that you have something selected from the eyes, nose, and mouth sections and then you should be able to layer them.

If you're not able to get a base layer to show up at all, you'll probably need to have your HA reset by a staff member or something.

yeah i dont have a base layer or anything like that at all, nor hair pft. Who should i get in contact with to reset it？

There's a lot of wardrobe issues happening and so far, there has been no fixes or updates.

You could try submitting a ticket and see if it's something that they could do for you.
