The Melodious Wrapping Scraps comes from a Melody Bag. Melody Bags only cost 9MsP. Subetalodge shows that the MWS has been selling for only 5MsP for months. So, probably not worth more than 25MsP (that is the price it might be if it showed up again in the Black Friday sale of the Cash Shop).

Spectrum Staff comes from a Trivia question and Subeta no longer does those. SubetaLodge says that the last one (probably) sold for 35MsP. Normally something like this would show up in the Crystal Shop? Eventually? But the CS has been pretty well ingnored lately so I personally would not expect this. Put it in Trades and ask the moon.
