How do I get the 'Random Avatar Spotlight' widget to show up on the front page once I've logged in?

I love seeing the Random Avatar Spotlight winner on the front page whenever I have to log back into Subeta, it's like a little window into a strangers creativity. I forget it's there otherwise as where does it exist on the site once you sign in? Why does is disappear? Is there an option for it in a menu somewhere I haven't discovered yet?
Also do you get a notification and or achievement or some kind of prize if you win the Random Avatar Spotlight?

If you want to see random HAs, you can now do so through the wardrobe.
Go to the "oufits" tab. Click "show filters" then under PRIVACY select "all public" then SORT BY choose either "newest," "popular" or "random." Navigate through the pages.
If you click on the outfit, it will show you the user who created it and list the items used.
