The Cash Shop used to stock Plus One Stickers for 1CSC - the Shop Search function still says they're stocked there, but they obviously aren't. I've checked every tab.

Is this a glitch or has the sticker been removed from the shop?

(NGL it's driving me a bit crazy to have a weird number of CSC on hand and I would just really really like to be able to get it back down to a number divisible by 5...)

I've seen people recommend using your odd numbers of CSC to offer on trades to round down but I've never done that myself so IDK how that works exactly

People frequently buy/sell odd increments of CSC. You'd post in Advertising to sell the 1 CSC (or Wanted if you wanted to buy 4 CSC instead) and then have both parties set up a junk trade. You'd offer 1 CSC/the sP price on their trade and they'd offer the sP price/4 CSC on yours

It's pretty painless and usually pretty easy to find someone willing to buy/sell :)
