Hey guys! When I purchase intelligence points for my pet, how many points does it give me? If the cost is 300, do I get 300 points? 1 point? I'm just wondering if I'm wasting my time trying to use this game to boost my pet's intelligence. lol. It takes forever to read all those books!

The amount of points it costs to train INT is based on your pet's current amount of INT, the higher the more costly. Its only worth it when your pet has very low int.

For example this is my pets int and their cost to buy 1 int. Pet Intelligence -> Cost Acajou 2,478 -> 21,072 Noisette 1,476 -> 12,555 Torlon 614 -> 5,228 Astralique 361 -> 3,077 Poponut 325 -> 2,771 Garden Path 298 -> 2,542 Grave Situation 340 -> 2,899

This Guide to Mystic Spindles explains the Int cost, how many points you gain in each type of game, etc.

[edit] It is worth playing to get enough points to buy the books.

if I use my points to buy intelligence training, the intelligence level goes up by 1 point and it's the same as reading a book?

It can if they are low level, the only limit to how often you can train them is how many points you have. So say you have 400 pts and it costs 85 points, you can "train" your pet 4 times in a row.
