where to report missing items from wardrobe?

i remember awhile back there was something set up for reporting missing items from your wardrobe/claiming items you'd lost due to the switch - i can't seem to find that anymore, just the wardrobe issues forum/making a ticket -- i didn't think it was either of those, though i could be wrong. could someone point me towards what i need to do? thanks <3
