So.. my pet Illyusha recently reached T6, and there's a couple of weapons in his set I should probably update, but I'm not sure which ones and what to replace them with exactly.. I've looked at the guides and a lot of the weapons they recommend are either way out of my price range (or at least what I'm willing to spend on it, battling really isn't my main focus, I just want to be able to beat event challengers sometimes so I can get forum titles and/or loot) or I'm just not sure where to fit it into my set or when to use it..

my current set still has a couple of lower tier weapons in it that I never replaced, but here it is:

I never updated the freezing rod to the gorgun because I didn't like that the gorgun has less attack and I felt like the freezing rod already had a high enough success rate at freezing, but maybe I should reconsider that by now, idk..

I'm conflicted about the shrine of apollonia because I hardly use it anymore, so I feel like I should ditch it at this point, or does it still have its use at T6 and up after all?

malevolent grimfruit should probably be replaced at this point for another infinite healer, but I'd prefer if it's not super expensive, but also still has some attack force.. I found as an option in a guide, but idk about the whole 1-30 icons attack thing it has going on.. maybe I should invest in after all, but that would eat most if not all of the sP I'd be willing to spend on this upgrade for now... how many tiers onwards would this weapon keep being useful?

I'm still happy with the malevolent grenade, but also looks interesting.. idk if that would be a replacement or if I could keep both in my set somehow?

The ultimaplus tag and the rainbow quill I both use primarily as OPB healers in case I need them against a challenger I can't beat fast enough and I already used up my phoenix quill..

oh and I use the scavanged bow as a OPB attack weapon that deals quite a lot of icons compared to my other current weapons, but if there's a better option for that one, I'm open to suggestions too..

I've never tried using mod slots and frankly never tried reading up on them much either.. I do use a couple of scrolls:

(and I have a few more that I don't really use anymore) I probably use morosbane the most, but it's OPB so after that I use feather explosion..

Oh and his current stats are:

Level: 261 Health: 712 / 712 Strength: 655 Defense: 635 Speed: 607 Intelligence: 1169 AP: 73 Tier: 6

I try to keep his health ahead of the rest of his stats, but I'm not sure how much ahead I should aim for..

like I said I do battling mostly as a side thing and the past couple of months I've been forgetting to do Battle Quests entirely, but I recently picked it back up and reached T6, so I figured I'd finally ask some actual advice from people who actually know what they're doing :').. any help/advice is appreciated!

Do get Frost Thorn and Reborn Icewand. They are still both fantastic in Tier 9. Frost thorn is an infinite use weapon with chance to freeze too.

Apollonia can be only used on specific enemy that can freeze you a lot.

Freezing gem for mod slot can be helpful, but it's fair if you want to keep your tokens for higher tiers.

I do have few sub optimal tier 6 weapons lying around and I am willing to let you borrow them.
