When I try to access the wardrobe, I get a message saying "An error occurred on client," and my HA doesn't show up either. I haven't been able to use it at all since the creation of my account today.

I've checked on this with the programmers, and if you are encountering this error or have a broken HA as a result of this error, please fill out a support ticket so staff can help you with this.
A programmer has let me know that the error you saw is slightly different from the others in this thread, so can you please fill out a new report with what you're encountering? Thank you!
Earlier this week I reported a bug with my Human Avatar as I couldn't see it or edit it at all. Now I'm able to edit but when it comes to the base, I click on it and get the same error. That's the only page I'm not able to open or make any changes to.
An error occurred on client. This is the error I keep getting.
Thank you, Tania
I was unable to see my avatar before submitting a ticket and having my avatar reset. Now the rest of the wardrobe functions normally, but I still receive an error message that says "An error occurred on client" when I try to access the Base section of the wardrobe.
I am using Google Chrome Version 85.0.4183.83 and Windows 10 (Version 2004) on a desktop computer.
I am trying to preview the hairstyles and I get this error as well...also trying the base tab too (as you can visually see)
Adding per Dill's request!
When I click on the 'Hair' tab in the new Wardrobe I can see the list of all the hairstyles. However when I click on one it takes me to the 'error has occurred on client' message
For Gifting/Sticker/etc Threads: I'm too new to really have a proper WL together yet. So I will be appreciative of whatever!
I've tried to click on "base" in my wardrobe and I've gotten "error on client", even had an admin reset my HA and did nothing..
might as well chime in with my particular error situation. i submitted a ticket, as suggested by Angelina, but not much has come of it yet.
when i go to the wardrobe, which is accessed by "new.subeta.com", i get the "An error occurred on client" message. nothing more.
so, i try to access the wardrobe from the regular subeta domain, which is the "subeta wardrobe 3.5." there i get the beta message telling me to convert my avatar, but when i click that link, im taken to a blank page and nothing happens. my avatar still isnt visible in the wardrobe.
so the i click the button to reset my avatar, but again nothing happens (it also tells me to click on "wear" but i dont see that anywhere?)
i also cant organize/view the items ive added to my wardrobe - thats another blank page.
ive tried accessing the wardrobe from many different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge, and Safari) as well as operating systems (Windows 10, MacOS, iOS) and the results have all been the same, so i dont think it has anything to do with either of them, but i can provide specific version details if that would, in fact, help.
UPDATE: had my avatar reset by staff, and while I can now equip clothing (yay!) now I'm having the same problems others have mentioned: trying to equip hair or access the "base" tab results in "An error occurred on client".

I get the message "an error occurred on client" when I try to click on any hairstyle. I'm on Chrome and Windows 10.
regarding getting error messages while trying to access base and hairstyle tabs: apparently this is not something that can be fixed by an admin and a programmer needs to look at the issue.
was told to post that here by the admin in charge of my ticket.

Also getting this issue. :) Reported it to an admin who then reset my HA but it's still not working. I can't use the 'Base' tab without getting this error but it seems like all the other tabs work for me.
If it helps/matters to the programmers at all, I used Windows 10 (2004), Google Chrome version 84.0 - 1920 x 1080, Laptop!
Microsoft edge Version 84.0.522.63 (Official build) (64-bit) + Google Chrome Version 85.0.4183.83 (Official Build) (64-bit) (bug is showing on both) Windows 10 Home
I receive the message 'An error occurred on client' when selecting base or trying to add hair styles and I'm seeing the broken image icon overlay anywhere my avatar is supposed to show.
Adding my experience with this bug at a staff member's request;
Initial issues:
Submitted a help ticket, and a staff member reset my HA
Avatar image is no longer broken, but I'm still getting the same error messages described above.

I also get the 'An error occurred on client' message when I try to access the my HA base in the wardrobe. I can use all the other features of it, but haven't been able to access base at all since becoming active again here about a week or two ago.
My issues started when I first joined the site. My avatar image was appearing as broken, and the client error was the first thing that showed up for me in the wardrobe pages.
After submitting a ticket, a administrator reset my avatar and it shows up. I go to the wardrobe page and it loads as normal, I can see my items and every other page, expect for the base page. It never worked for me, it always displays the client error.
Not sure of what more to post. I have tried cleaning cache + cookies and using a different browser.
