I have not been on in awhile lol obviously so I just got a subscription again and they gave me 2 buddy gold accounts to give away. Where do I find these and how do I give them to someone?

Here, you can enter the username of the person you want to give it to :)

BGAs are currency, so they will sit there and accumulate until you decide to give them away.

You can also give them away by going to someone's profile. Under the 'options for others' area there's a button to give a buddy gold account! :)

That's good to know. I don't really have friends here, so it would be nice to gift a random person a gold account
