Visibility "All" not working at all

When choosing "all" instead of "owned" in the visibility section, it loads items randomly and seems to only be CWs and is missing the last 100 or so items added to the site (or at least the user allowed wearables/cws from those last 100 items. Most recent item it loads is Item ID: 223901. Most recent item on the site is Item ID: 224002).
Win 7, latest Firefox Build.
