I'm rediscovering my old subeta addiction! It was so weird to see so many neat names in the adoption center before I caught up on the news..
Anyway, here's to hoping I don't end up on hiatus again any time soon. And to a new bathhouse streak!

I know what it feels like to have a huge collection pull you back in. I've been an off and on player for a little over 7 years now, but my wardrobe is what always calls me back. That, and friends I am still in touch with whether I am on hiatus or not.

Absolutely! The wardrobe has always intimidated me to no end, there are just so many possibilities... I'm in the middle of year 13 right now so I've seen this site through a lot and that's always been the case for me, haha

I just passed my 13 year anniversary on the site. I'm right there with you. I joined because I was in search of a new pet site, with battling, to take the place of another that didn't know how to give hacked accounts back to the owners... even with overwhelming proof. The battling here was enough for my fiance, at the time, and I immediately fell in love with the avatar system. It was literally like paper dolls, for me, without having to deal with a mess. However, I totally understand what you mean.

Congratulations on year 13! It really is like paper dolls, including the layering options and everything! I am still a dummy at battling, but I remember that being fun and the struggle of needing to keep the pet in the resort so it wouldn't go hungry but then not being able to feed it foods...

Congrats!! I'm so jelly; I always have so many fragments of ideas for OCs and gave my pets so many cute names but never actually got to the part where I fleshed out the information...
Making OCs comes naturally to me probs because I have aspergers which is a form of autism. I was on Neopets but I'm on hiatus there. I give all my pets designs and characters, unless their a fan pet or tribute pet.

It's a great creative outlet! I used to be big on the one-on-one RPs here, lots of world building and character building.. I just always wound up making characters from scratch to fit the theme and never linked them up with pets :(

you gotta stop being jelly and just do it! Make an OC for your pets or make pets for your OCs, start by writing a bit about them, their likes and dislikes etc. Are you an artist? Are your OCs human or quad? Or anthro? Lol

Haha I might!! So far they're mostly human, one anthro for a species I... completely made up. I started to draw that one a few years ago and gave up halfway through xD One day!
I just made Drake the neela, he's gonna be the villain of my pets lol!
