I would say 4-5mil I'm not very good at pricing help sadly.

oo those look lovely! i've seen simple recolours (so without any redrawn parts) go from 500k to 5 mil or so but i think that's way too cheap personally ;; i'd charge at least 10 mil, but it really depends on what you feel comfortable with!

also just a heads up, but you might want to save overlays as png's rather than jpg's to avoid compression effects c:
