I have the same problem. Plus the free hair isn't working either

The free hairs work if you know which ones are free. I just tried Beyu. Unfortunately the hairs are sorted by Earned and Unearned and there is no way to earn free hairs. They need to change the way hairs are sorted.

The free hairs are locked right now and I’m using my unlocked hair. In the old wardrobe the free hair was unlocked, but the free hair like Beyu is not showing in my earned hair

That is why I was saying they need to change the way things are sorted. I think we are probably saying the same thing just different ways. The free hairs shouldn't be marked as locked, unlocked, earned, or unearned because they are a separate category. If the free hairs were marked differently than the 'Earned and Unearned' or 'Locked and Unlocked' then they could sort them separately as a third category. Or at least that is what makes sense to me.
