Profile can NOT be updated!!!

I posted about this issue a few weeks ago and I got absolutely NO response. Original topic can be found here.
Can someone PLEASE look into this already?
I find a layout, think it looks great - then when I go to edit the sections so everything is how I like it the whole thing just goes blank!
SO I then go to "reset profile" over on Personal ---> Dashboard ---> Profile, try loading up the background I want to use and it works... until I try to edit the sections and it messes up yet AGAIN!!
Doesn't matter what background/profile text I use, it's always the same issue and I'm getting frustrated.
Hi - I'm sorry you are still having this issue. Please keep in mind that just because you haven't gotten a response doesn't mean the issue hasn't been looked into.
If you have concerns about not getting a response you can always ping myself or to see if we can get any updates.
