It means that stuff from the MC from other sections than summer cost you 25% more than during the actual season.

Example:

Imagine an item that costs 1,000,000 sP in winter. Since it's summer at the moment it costs 1,250,000 sP.

I think the translator might have had an issue with the "of" in "125% of" and falsely translated it like "125% off".

"125% off" would indeed translate to "125% less", however "125% of" with just one "f" is more like "125% compared to its original price". Languages can be tricky sometimes.
