I went to my dashboard to get this year's Loyalty Box, but even tho I got the achievement, no loyalty box appeared in my inventory?

they are still a thing. First try and do an Account Search, since you can move them out of your Inventoyr now. You may have accidentally stashed it away. If that's not the case, then it's a glitch and you should file a Ticket in Help.

Where do you check to see if you have one?

You get the achievements that award the loyalty boxes by visiting your dashboard on the day of your account's anniversary (or anytime after your account turns another year older).

The box should get added to your inventory, and from there you can open the box and choose one of the reward options, or you can put the box in your vault to save for later.
