Whenever I try to remove an item from my legacy shop, it removes all items but only gives me one in my inventory.

For example, when I complete a quest with the "use item from legacy shop" option selected, I might have 6 in my legacy shop, but after completing the quest I have 0.

Another example, I was trying to remove items from my legacy shop through the Account Search. I clicked "Remove all", and it gave me a message saying "1 item moved!", and only put one in my inventory, when there should have been 3.

I'm surprised I couldn't find another post about this. Sorry if I'm posting a duplicate.

I posted said errors virtually the minute the news came out on the comments. My shop was fixed yesterday. The lost items, which I only can recall 3 of, haven't been reimbursed yet.

Edit: Using items in quests directly works properly now with leaving the rest of the items in the shop. Removing 1 to inventory also works.

BUT: removing ALL to inventory eats the items.

There also is an option to remove 50 to inventory, obviously only for items, which you have 50+ in the shop. Haven't tested that and now have no desire to do so :-(

Thank you for your reports on this! I'm going to try and see if a programmer can take a look into this asap. In the meantime, don't forget to file a ticket about the missing items if you haven't already.

Thanks for resolving it so quickly! I don't remember what I lost, it was only very cheap stuff that I was going to frag anyways and I didn't lose many things, so I don't care about losing them to the void.

I noticed this issue today too. I was trying to use "Remove All" for an item with 16 copies in my legacy shop, and nothing happened, not even a page reload.
