under base, i can apply eyes and nose but not skin?

Hi ! Your skin is the base. To make changes to it, such as the skin tone, you'll want to navigate to the 'Base' tab, which is right before the 'Items' tab in the wardrobe.

hi, thanks for replying! when i click on the skin tone, it does not show up on the left (why my HA is clear). the eyes and nose and mouth show up as a layer, but the skin doesn't show up at all.

Have you tried clearing all from your HA in the wardrobe (you can save the outfit first, so it's easy to go back).

yes, sorry. here's a screenshot of what i'm seeing if that makes it easier. it shows up on the bottom but doesn't actually get applied to my HA.

Under the Skin tab, do you happen to have one selected? If you're not sure, you can always try just clicking on any of the skins you have unlocked, then click it again to deselect. Does it make a difference to your skin preview?

i don't have any of the skins unlocked, so i can't select/deselect any of them :( thank you so much for helping.
