Because I almost always buy things through the search function, I rarely see the shopkeepers. There is some really gorgeous art there, which I was reminded of today when I accidentally hit the "go back" button instead of going back on my browser.

I was wondering if it might be possible to add these images to the purchase pages, respective of which shop you're purchasing from. Not only would it be aesthetically pleasing, but I think it would make quests and such feel more immersive and less clinical, as they sometimes do.

It may also help if the image was a smidge smaller or truncated in some way, so they don't become a nuisance to people who don't want to see them too much, but they're still there for people who like that feature.

Ooh, I love this idea! I never realised I was missing out before, but the shopkeepers' artwork is beautiful and I would love to see it more frequently. I'd be happy with a smaller version.

Yes, its gorgeous art, but it takes time to load. When I'm questing I want the bare minimum info being used, displayed, loaded, etc to make it as fast as possible.

Questing is boring, I just want to get through it, I don't want to wait 10 extra milliseconds for every transaction to load an image. Right now even the tiniest bit of lag makes me just not bother.

Maybe some kind of middleground, like a mini icon? That'd take a lot less to load...

I restock and I quest. When I restock I see these images all the time, and they are gorgeous Restocking is necessarily slow because there's a time delay so adding in the shopkeeper image each time, no big deal.

The times I quest I am using the Search instead, but I am doing it at a less leisurely fashion, gotta do 135 of these Adding in shopkeeper images would get obnoxious really fast.

As long as the image isn't shoving information about the purchase down the screen, I wouldn't mind this. Lay it out like Quests and Item Hunt, where the NPC image and the relevant content are side by side.

I think it would be better if the site features were changed so that they had the NPC at the side, like the non-restocking shops have. But I don't know how much effort that would take, it might be easy for games and other site activities, but not so easy for the restocking shops. Maybe it's something they've got planned for the new website layout.

Some shopkeepers are drawn really beautiful - i think even scaled and sized version of art on the purchase page would be cute. But at the same time, i think there is enough going with wardrobe revamp and other functions on the site... In the future maybe they will find time :)

I prefer things as they are, without the extra image to load. Sometimes I like to quest on my phone and I can see how another image would be cumbersome. No support.
