one question please; My pet gets 4500sp every day at the job center, if I choose the next higher job, it gets more sp per day, the 4500sp then ceases and it starts again with e.g. 650 sp at or the 4500 sp? it got the job Get Mugged! Bathroom cleaner, normal are 625 sp, I think he gets the 4500 because he has had the job for a long time. since my translator is no help i need your advice. do the pets rise in the job the longer you do it and do you keep the daily profit when changing jobs? because if it disappears and my pet starts again at 625, it is not worth the climb. does anyone understand what i mean? ( i hope this is the right place here to ask, if not, sorry, sorry)

Your pet does not get more sP just because you work for a long time. Your pet will continue to earn 4500 sP no matter how long it works there. This will only get higher if you ask for a raise and qualify. To qualify for a raise your pet has to have certain stats and be in the job for a certain amount of time. These needs change based on which job your pet has.

If you quit your job, you will start back at the lower rate (650 sP in your example).

The reason you may take a pay cut, earn less, is if your pet is currently at the top position and can not get more promotions, so they will be stuck at 4500 sP forever. With a new job they could eventually get lots more sP every day. So you make less pay for a while, but with raises, you can earn a lot more.

See this Job Agency Guide and Discussion for more information.
