My mom, an avid subeta player, just passed away. She loved her pets and her collection of books and I know there's a way to set up her account so it remains a legacy account. How would I go about doing that? Do I need to make a ticket? Is there some place somewhere that I can put in her username and have it done for her?

But yes, for this I believe you would need to file a ticket and have a staff member assist you. As far as I know, there isn't a way to flag a legacy/commemorative account on your own.
