So, I was submitting a CW and didn't realize one of my slotters had changed their UN (not a big deal, thankfully I found them).

I went to edit the name and resubmit the payment (this is for a new cw, not one already approved) - I never navigated away from the page, just did everything else in a new tab.

I click submit and it tells me there's an error validating my submission. I click the back button and then click the " You have 1 pending upload(s). Click here to view." tab on the CW page. It shows me only 3 payment slots total (the bottom two, starting with the one where the username had been invalid) are missing. Of course it can't submit if it isn't registering there are two more slots to be filled in/submitted. I had to back out completely, cancel the submission, and redo it.

I didn't take screenshots because I was confused and not thinking about it, but it looks like it ate the 2 payment information slots starting with the bad username one and going down from there.

I think this is basically the same thing that happened to you?

very similar. My person dropped their slot after I had slotted them, but didn't reject it I think, and I couldn't even change it to my name I think. Or I was going to cover their slot and it wouldn't let me change anything.
