Hoping someone can help me out, other than the recent Steamworks items that were kinda Jaskier-y, are there any items that could be used to create a Geralt or Jaskier avatar? I don't know where to begin looking, to be honest. Custom wearables too, just so I can pine over what I can't have. Thanks so much in advance!

For proper advice of a jaskier outfit you'd have to specify if you mean show jaskier or game jaskier(/dandilion) because the 2 versions don't have quite similar asthetics. for geralt it doesnt matter that much IMO he looks roughly the same in both.

Courageous Hero Masterful Sword and Lost Schoolboy Sword these are large enough for Geralt's sword. Some of the MC masquerade sets are kinda like what Jaskier would wear.
